Reviews
Despite the mixed reviews, I had such a wonderful time with my girlfriends at Musashi. You can never go wrong with a hibachi grill. It's always a fun experience with delicious food. What more could you ask for? Our hibachi chef was incredibly entertaining, and the food was cooked to perfection. I usually switch between steak and shrimp, but if I'm extra hungry, I'll go for the combo meal. All the meals come with miso soup, salad, and rice. You can upgrade to fried rice, but I personally prefer the steamed rice with a bit of soy sauce. The fact that we were able to make reservations ahead of time was a huge plus. It made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable.
This place has been a favorite of our family for many years. Came here to celebrate our son's 34th birthday Food was as tasty as always. The big drawback for me was that when I asked for a gluten free menu they asked if I brought my own soy sauce. What? How hard can it be to have a bottle of gluten free soy sauce in stock? The " gluten free menu" had about 6 items on it. I did my best ordering food I hoped wouldn't cause me too many issues, but I know I will be hurting tomorrow.
I recently dined at Musashi Japanese Cuisine in Porter Ranch, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The food is simply outstanding--each dish is beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors. We ordered the filet mignon, spicy chicken, scallops combinations with rice, salad and miso soup. Cooking presentation was great! The service was equally impressive. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made us feel welcome and ensured that everything was perfect from start to finish. Parking is super easy and convenient, which is a rare find in this area. No stress, no hassle--just a fantastic dining experience from the moment you arrive. If you're looking for a great hibachi Japanese cuisine experience with great service and a stress-free check in, Musashi is the place to go. I'll definitely be back soon!
Every time we had gone to Musashi the food and the server has been pleasant. The food is consistent and good.
I do love going to Musashi! Not only does it remind me of my college days when the OG Musashi was on Tampa & Nordhoff, but Musashi's food is still consistantly good. The servers are very friendly and make you feel at home. It's teppan style, like Benihanas but without the noise and crowds. It's such a treat to have a dinner here!
